They're also located on the Rio Grande very near El Paso, TX. (which makes me wonder why there's such a problem with water. Maybe they just need a good (better?) water filtration plant?)<BR/><BR/>But they also have serious problems with crime (drug cartel - source of drug trafficking, murders, etc.) and severe poverty, despite the relatively high level of education and successful business.<BR/><BR/>It seems like this mission's plan wouldn't be the wisest way to help out the community there.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
